Crystal has been working as a summer intern with the Mikva Challenge Operations and Development teams since she graduated high school in 2014. After graduating from from Saint Xavier University in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration she is now a permanent member of our Operations team. Crystal is passionate about social justice and loves to work for a place that impacts the community and city she loves.
