Project Soapbox DC

Project Soapbox DC – 2021

This fall, students from schools across DC delivered speeches that answered the question: “What is the biggest issue facing your community, & what should be done about it?”

Eleven DC students gave their speeches on December 15th at Project Soapbox DC Mainstage:

Cristian C.    Kai O.    Lakecia R.    Bethlehem T.    Mikalei M.

Kai C.   Deja C.    Clarke D.    D’Jhanir H.    Lakecia R.    Natoria S.   Cierra J.

We encourage you to watch and engage with these powerful speakers and partner with us in honoring their truth!

Congratulations to all of the courageous youth speakers! Many thanks to our teachers for the hard work and preparation that went into engaging students in Project Soapbox. We appreciate everything you do to support and uplift student voices.
