Mikva Challenge is pleased to announce our 2023 Illinois benefit Democracy is a Verb!
This year’s benefit will take place the evening of June 8th at Venue West in Chicago. The event will honor David Narefsky, Partner at Mayer Brown, LLC and member of Mikva Challenge’s Illinois Advisory Board, and Dion Dawson, Mikva alum and founder of Dion’s Chicago Dream.
The celebration will feature dinner, drinks, dancing, and activation stations that allow you to experience Mikva Challenge programs, including Project Soapbox and our elections work. Throughout the event, you will have the opportunity to talk with students about their experiences and the issues on their minds.
