On Friday, Sept. 20 C-SPAN in the Classroom sent its iconic C-SPAN bus to two suburban Mikva Challenge schools in Lake County. Students from Waukegan High School and Stevenson High School learned about the role that C-SPAN plays in recording and broadcasting public events from the federal government and the presidential campaign trail. Students were able to use the interactive technology on the bus to explore C-SPAN’s civics ed resources including C-SPAN in the Classroom.
