As we go into a new school year – and one with continued unknowns and need for flexibility and creativity – the Mikva Challenge team is taking a moment to pause. It’s been a big year for Mikva Challenge with all our growing national work, transition in leadership and strategizing together about how we advance youth voice in these moments of national change and renewal.
To acknowledge the ways our work accelerated to meet the year’s increasing needs and opportunities, and take a moment for a collective rest, Mikva Challenge will be closed from September 6-10. We look forward to returning recharged and ready to continue showing up fully for our young people and educators. Thank you for your continued partnership in this work, and for your understanding as we take a pause. We hope you carve out the space to rest and unplug in the ways you need as well.
