Office Location: This is a hybrid position, working both in-person with assigned partner sites and remotely, engaging with staff and stakeholders through virtual platforms. Preference will be given to candidates based in the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut (tri-state) area. This position is not eligible for paid relocation.

About the Position
Mikva Challenge is seeking a Partner Site Director to lead the day-to-day implementation of our civics programming across New York City and surrounding areas.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educators, district partners, and local stakeholders while supporting high-quality program delivery that reflects Mikva’s mission and values. The Partner Site Director ensures all programming aligns with Mikva’s strategic plan and theory of change, helping schools and community partners foster youth voice, leadership, and civic engagement.
Working under the strategic direction of both the partner and the Senior Director, the Partner Site Director manages site-level programming, communications, and district-level relationship cultivation. This is a hands-on role that combines facilitation, partnership management, and program coordination to advance Mikva Challenge’s goal of empowering young people across the region to become informed, active participants in their communities.
